7:45 – 8:15: Get picked up from your hotel (Extra price 30 USD per person)
11:00 – 11:45 Check in at Ambassador’s Lounge (1st Floor, Terminal – Halong International Cruise Port, Bai Chay Ward, Halong City) and enjoy hot tea or coffee served here.
11:45 – 12:30 Passengers are transferred to Ambassador Signature Cruise (in Gia Luan Pier) by speedboat.
12:30 – 12:45 A short welcome briefing will be held at the Piano Lounge or at the restaurant.
12:45 – 14:00 Savor a delicious lunch whilst enjoying the majestic views of Lan Ha Bay’s islands and islets.
15:00 – 16:30 Your first excursion is Viet Hai Village – a primitive and tranquil location with precious traditional cultural values. You will have a chance to explore features of the locals’ daily life, visit fish lakes, bee houses, ancient houses, or experience fish foot massage.
15:30 – 17:00 For guests who are not participating in the excursion, we will serve home-made cakes at the Piano Lounge. Guests can also stay onboard and opt for an afternoon of pampering at Spa* or relaxing on the Sundeck whilst admiring the magnificent scenery of Lan Ha Bay.
16:30 – 17:30 Experience the thrilling water slide on board and immerse yourself in the emerald sea. 17:30 – 18:30 At sundown, Ambassador Signature Cruise will anchor overnight. This is the perfect time for you to enjoy cooking class or Happy Hour* and Canapes at the Piano Lounge or on the Sundeck (depends on weather conditions).
19:00 Savor a premium Michelin-standard dinner at the restaurant. (Dress code: formal/semi formal/smart casual)
21:00 – 23:00 After dinner, indulge in drinks* and enjoy live music at the Piano Lounge (except Monday), squid fishing, a spa treatment*, or movies at your cabin.
06:00 – 06:30 Start your day with a Taichi session on the sundeck or at the Piano Lounge. (depends on weather conditions).
06:30 – 07:00 Enjoy light breakfast with coffee, tea, and freshly baked pastries at the Piano Lounge.
07:00 – 08:00 Explore Dark and Light Cave – a frog-jaw-shaped cave featuring marvelous sparkling stalactites in various shapes and sizes on the arch-shaped ceiling. This cave leads to a peaceful lake surrounded by limestone mountain cliffs. Kayaking and sitting on a bamboo boat rowed by locals are the best options for tourists to admire the cave’s interior (passengers can choose one of these two free activities).
08:30 – 09:30 Full breakfast is served at the restaurant.
09:30 – 09:45 Bill settlement and check-out at the reception at the first deck.
10:15 – 10:30 After disembarking from Ambassador Signature Cruise, passengers will be transferred to Halong International Cruise Port by speedboat.
NOTES: Depending on cruising conditions, itineraries may change without prior notice. Wi-Fi is available at the restaurant/Piano Lounge areas, however, Internet connectivity may be intermittently interrupted due to the geographical condition of the bay. Thank you for your understanding.

14:00 – 15:30 Visit Cat Ba National Park – a World Heritage Site designated as a biosphere reserve in Northern Vietnam. This location acts as the home to a diverse and valuable ecosystem of flora and fauna.
15:45 – 16:30 Passengers are transferred back to Gia Luan Pier and get on Ambassador Signature Cruise by speedboat.
17:00 – 18:30 At sundown, Ambassador Signature Cruise will anchor overnight. This is the perfect time for you to enjoy cooking class or Happy Hour* and Canapes at the Piano Lounge or on the Sundeck (depends on weather conditions).

Refunds due to bad weather will be issued based on the length of the tour already completed.
*** In case of bad weather, the fee will be applied as follows:
All cruises in Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay which want to stop overnight in the Bay must be licensed to manage the Bay and provide safe service.
In the days of bad weather (rainstorms, high winds, big waves, etc.), the Bay management board will consider giving a license or not to the overnight cruise provider to ensure the safety of tourists.
In such a case, we will apply the following policies:
- If you arrive at the harbor and have lunch, then go back to Hanoi, we will charge only lunch service + the transfer (if taken).
- If you arrive at the harbor and have lunch, visit Halong bay within 5 hours, then go back to Hanoi, we will charge only for the daily cruise trip, entrance fee, lunch and the transfer (if taken).
- If you arrive at the harbor and have lunch, visit areas in the bay, stay overnight on a cruise, the next day, have breakfast and go sightseeing, have lunch, then go back to Hanoi, we will charge for the 2 days 1 night price for cruise trip + the transfer (if taken).
- If you arrive at the harbor and have a lunch, visit areas in the bay, stay overnight on a cruise, the next day have breakfast and go sightseeing, have lunch, visit the bay within 5 hours, then go back to Hanoi, we will charge for the 2 days 1 night price and 5 hours on a daily cruise trip, lunch, entrance fee + the transfer (if taken).
Note:
The Bay Management Board often gives notice to cancel the overnight sleep permit, possibly while you are on the tour. In such situations, we would like to ask for your understanding about it.
The rainy season from August to October in Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay often has very unusual weather conditions, so overnight cruises in the bay can be canceled unexpectedly, and often with very late notice.
