We enjoyed a beautiful tour of North Vietnam with Emma from Sun Getaways Travel as our tour curator. Emma listened to our tour requirements and created the perfect tour from Hanoi to Ninh Binh, Halong Bay, Bai Tu Long Bay and Sapa. We loved meeting local guides at each location and felt like we saw the best spots everywhere we went. Thank you to our local tour guide, Mr. Dung, for taking us to experience the special Vietnamese holiday, Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day. Many people participated in the festival with many interesting activities. We got to watch them make Banh Chung and Banh Day, and see the local people’s boat racing festival. The temples are very sacred and ancient!

This was our second holidays in Vietnam organized by Tham. Communication with her was always perfect, before the journey as well as during our trip in Ha Noi, Pu Luong, Hue, Hoi An. My family booked a private tour to Southern Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City and Phu Quoc island) with Sun Getaways Travel from 9 to 16 December 2024. Ms Emma who was my main point of contact from booking enquiries, signing up for the package to arrangement of daily program on the actual days, was very proactive and highly responsive to my queries even after working hours, weekends and public holiday. My family and I had a pleasant experience without any hiccup throughout the trip. I would also like to compliment Ms Nguyet Hinh, who was our tour guide for 2 days in Hi Chi Minh City for providing excellent services. Besides taking photos for us during the trip, she even took time and effort to make a video for us after we returned to our home country using the photos and videos taken during the trip. I am thankful to God for connecting me with Emma. I found her through Google search. Being our first visit to Vietnam, my son and I took up the 7D6N package for Hanoi, Ninh Binh and Sapa, did an hotel upgrade and added an additional night in Hanoi. We opt for hotel stay in Ninh Binh and took night bus with sleeping cabin from Hanoi to Sapa.

Emma was understanding and efficient, sending the following day itinerary each evening, keeping us updated of the guide. She efficiently catered to our preference. We had a great experience in Vietnam. We thoroughly enjoyed the cruise that she booked for us!
